Daneen Cline

Daneen Cline has worked hand-in-hand with Zagula Law since May 2011, and has more than 17 years experience in the elder law field. Daneen has filed hundreds of Medicaid applications in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania and also worked for a nursing home for 13 years.

Daneen helps our clients wade through the confusing and overwhelming VA and Medicaid benefit application process.  She drafts trusts and legal documents and  interfaces with financial, tax and insurance professionals and coordinates trust funding.

"When a loved one enters a nursing home it is a very stressful and emotional process, and without the proper guidance big mistakes can be made.  My goal is to help families through the process so they can focus on their loved one's health care without worrying about how to pay for it."

Outside of the office, Daneen looks forward to visits with her daughter, Bethany, who lives in Cincinnati with her husband Tristan.
At home Daneen enjoys spending time with her adorable cats, Socks and Brandy.
